I am seeking an Equity Partner, Creative Finance Partner or just someone willing to invest and get a great return on the money loaned. This is for a multiple property rental business with a mix of residential and commercial. All properties combined have a net work of around $750,000. By all my research and calculations the starting net ROI is close to $250,000 a year and will be more with improvements and rent increase. With plans of expanding once these properties are acquired and any necessary work or increases have been completed.
