I have been in the radio media business for over 15 years total, in all capacities, including general manager. Two stations where I used to manage are now available for sale, due to retirement of owners. Both stations are viable stations with billing. One is turn key, the other will need new format, change of 'identity', of station. Have employees ready to work with me again, having worked with them in the past. I/we have assets, but need cash to purchase or invest in stations. Business plans ready for review as well as in depth knowledge of both companies and stations. By being an owner/operator, I/we will be able to cut costs immediately and still be a major player in the market(s). I have all documentation ready to go.
