Shiraz Art & Wine Cafe is in the heart of the Arts & Design District of Carmel, IN. I am wanting to purchase the Wine Bar from it's current owner Patti Earlwine. Ms. Earlwine established Shiraz May 2011. Shiraz has great potential and is currently profitable. Under current ownership however Shiraz will never expand to it greatest potential and never be any more profitable than it is now. Current owner and management team are not knowledgeable enough nor capable of taking Shiraz where it can go. Shiraz is in a great location in a very wealthly area. I have the passion and knowledge it takes to take Shiraz to it's greatest potential.
